  • 论坛期间相关的餐饮、交通、参观和文化体验活动

  • 旅费资助* – 对于前往香港有经济困难的参加者，论坛委员会或考虑提供有限度的旅费资助：最高50%的实际往返交通资助，或最高金额为1,000美元，以较低者为准，详情稍后公布
• 予身处境外的香港永久居民参加者

in Astronomy, Life Science and Medicine, Mathematical Sciences or other closely related subjects in any country / region may apply to join the Forum. Young scientists with the above-mentioned qualifications who are not affiliated to universities or organisations may also apply.

No application fee is required.

• Scientific Review Committees under the three disciplines, namely Astronomy, Life Science and Medicine, and Mathematical Sciences would review all valid applications.
• Scientific Review Board would make the final selection of 200 applicants to join the Forum.

• All applicants, whether successful or not, will be notified by email in July 2025.

• To all participants
  • Meals, transportation, visits and cultural experience activities included in the Forum’s official programmes
• To non-Hong Kong Permanent Residents outside Hong Kong
  • Hotel accommodation from 4-9 November 2025 (single occupancy with breakfast)
  • Travel Grant* – the HKLF Office may consider to provide limited travel support of up to 50% of the actual paid price of the round-trip transportation tickets, or a maximum amount of up to USD1,000, whichever is lower, for those who have financial difficulties in travelling to Hong Kong. Details to be announced.
• To Hong Kong Permanent Residents outside Hong Kong
  • Travel Grant* – the HKLF Office will provide up to 50% of the actual paid price of the round-trip transportation tickets, or a maximum amount of up to USD1,000, whichever is lower, for those who do not need hotel accommodation provided by the HKLF. Details to be announced.

* Subject to terms and conditions, and it is at the sole discretion of the HKLF Office.
